Onboarding Guide (READ FIRST!)

Welcome to Podscribe! We’re thrilled to be working with you and look forward to you getting set up on the platform. Set up is straightforward with these five major steps:

Step 1:

Create logins for your team. A Podscribe team member will create a login for you. Once you’re in, you'll be able to invite your colleagues to Podscribe (here’s how). Setting up your team with logins ensures everyone can collaborate effectively from day one.

Step 2:

To familiarize yourself with Podscribe’s dashboard, you can watch these 99-second videos or for more in-depth training, these training videos.

Step 3:

Sync your campaigns to your dashboard. Here’s how to create campaigns on Podscribe. Campaigns are how the system finds and tracks airchecks, impressions, and more!

Step 4:

Send tracking tags to publishers, particularly pixels and prefixes, to track impressions.

Step 5:

Set up advertisers for attribution by following the instructions in this attribution guide. For an advertiser-specific guide that simplifies how Podscribe attribution works, please check out this guide.
