What if Podscribe missed my aircheck?

There are a few things to check:

First, is the ad within a campaign's date range? The episode's publish date must fall within a campaign’s start and end dates for our system to match the ad to a campaign. For Baked-In and Faked-In campaigns, it will only show impressions after the ad has been labeled in the transcript episode.

Second, was the episode transcribed? To get an aircheck, the episode must have been transcribed. To check, head to the show page, find the episode that should have your ad in it, then see if the ‘CC’ indicator has been boldened. This tells you if the episode was transcribed.

If the episode is not yet transcribed, click on the episode, head to the Transcript tab, and then click “Request Transcript!”. The transcript should be available in a few minutes.

Third, was the ad correctly labeled? This can happen when the advertiser for a campaign is Babbel but the system incorrectly hears the ad as being for a similar sounding advertiser, like Babe Lash Cosmetics. A quick fix is to re-label the aircheck. Here’s how:

If the ad was not in the episode’s transcript, it may be in another download of the episode. You can have Podscribe refetch and re-analyze the episode audio by using the refresh button on the episode page. After this, the episode will show multiple versions by clicking the dropdown menu with dates:
