What is the Health Score?

Accessing the Health Scores

1. Go to Tag Setup tab

2. Select Active Integrations

3. View health score indicator next to each integration

• Only One Event Type – Only one type of event is being received, meaning others might not be coming through. Check your installation.

• Missing Order ID – Order IDs help deduplicate purchases. Some purchase events lack them. Ensure order IDs are included in each event.

• Missing Order Value – Purchases lack payment amounts, preventing automatic ROAS and CPA calculations. Ensure purchase amounts are included.

• Missing Hashed Emails – While optional, hashed emails improve attribution by 10-20%. Some events lack them—check if MD5 or SHA1 hashed emails are being sent.

• Missing Discount Codes – No purchases have discount codes. If expected, ignore. Otherwise, include them for promo tracking.

• Missing Landing URL – Some events lack a landing URL, possibly due to redirections. This can affect conversion exclusion settings.

• Invalid Referrer URL – Some events have no referrer URL, possibly due to tracking setup issues. Ensuring referrer URLs are captured helps filter conversions.

• Stopped Receiving Events – A specific event type has stopped or dropped significantly. Check the integration or verify if this is intentional.

• DCH IP Threshold – A high percentage of events are coming from data center IPs, which can reduce tracking accuracy. Ensure events are sent directly from users.

• No IPv6 Traffic – Fewer than 10% of events include an IPv6 address. Without both IP versions Podscribe has to rely on its IPv4↔IPv6 graph, which lowers deterministic match rates, so send both IPs where possible. Consider using Podscribe's web tag or Shopify app to improve tracking.

• Same Order IDs - Your integration has fewer than 5% unique order IDs on the last day.
