How to Mass-Email Pixels to Publishers

How to Use the Mass Publisher Auto-Emailer

Our Mass Publisher Auto-Emailer is designed to save you hours of manual work by mass emailing publisher pixels all at once.

Steps:

  1. Log into the Dashboard
      • Upon logging into the Podscribe dashboard, go to the Campaign > By Campaign section.
      • If you’re an agency, select the appropriate advertiser. Advertisers can move directly to the next step.
  1. Identify Tracking Issues
      • In the Delivery section, look for the status labeled Tracking Not Set Up. This status indicates which publishers still need to receive their tracking pixels.
  1. Open the Email Publisher Feature
      • Click on the Email Publisher Tracking Request icon. This will launch the mass publisher email feature.
  1. Verify Publisher Email Addresses
      • For each publisher listed, you’ll see the email addresses of the people who need to receive the pixel.
      • If no email address is listed or if the wrong email is associated, click the Edit (pencil) icon to add, remove, or update the email addresses.
      • If a publisher doesn’t have an email, click Add to insert the correct contact information. Once updated, click Save. These updates will be saved for future use.
  1. Ensure Ad Server Information is Correct
      • Check the Show Campaign section to verify that the appropriate ad server is listed for each show.
      • If an ad server is missing or incorrect, click on the relevant icon and select the correct ad server. If unsure, contact the ad operations team at adops@podscribe.com for assistance.
  1. Prepare the Email
      • Once all the publisher details and ad server info are confirmed, click Next to move to the email preparation screen.
      • The system will automatically generate an email template, requesting the publisher either place an RSS prefix or use the attached pixel.
      • Verify that the Reply-To email address is set correctly, so any responses from the publishers will go directly to you.
  1. Preview the Email
      • Click Next to review the email. This preview shows how it will appear when received by the publisher.
      • If everything looks good, proceed by clicking Email Publishers.
  1. Tracking Sent Emails
      • After sending, the dashboard will update to show whether or not the email has been successfully sent to each publisher. This is indicated by a status of Yes or No in the email column.
